(1) Prices are based on the best possible physical conditions together with the phone's full set. We will try our best not to deviate from it as much as possible. A full set consists of the original box, charger, cable and earpiece. For e.g. $10 or more will be deductible for each item missing.

(2) Do take note that prices are subjected to changes without prior notice and shall be applicable only at times of transaction.

(3) In unforeseen circumstances, Arrow Mobile reserves the right to reject any offers at our sole discretion without giving any specific reasons.

(4) The Original Telco's receipt required if the phone is still within the warranty period.

(5) All Sellers are required to produce their NRIC or Work Permit for recording purpose as mandated by the Singapore government.

(1) We do not take in phones that are found to be reported lost or stolen.

(2) Phones must be brand new and unused, with all plastic protector still intact.

(3) Apple iPhone warranty activated are subjected to a deduction up to $30.
